Cathy is a highly experienced executive, having led large teams across multiple sectors for more than 25 years. Cathy has held senior national and global roles in McDonald's, Fonterra and Synlait; and was previously the Chief People Officer for Indevin before re-joining the business in March 2025 as Chief Operating Officer. With a strong affinity for the primary industry sector, Cathy is proud to play a part in taking the best of New Zealand to the world.
